Magic to Receive Trade Exemption

Looks like Turk did help the Magic this offseason

Looks like Turk did help the Magic this offseason

According to Ric Bucher of ESPN.com, the Magic are involced in a sign & trade with Toronto Raptors for Hedo Turkoglu.

RicBucherSource confirms Orl is indeed in the deal. Magic get cash and 10m trade exception. Hedo goes to Tor in S&T.

After a week of denials by Magic General Manager Otis Smith, the Magic are indeed partners with the Raptors. I’m finally realizing then when Otis tells the media something, the oppositte usually happens. This should help the Magic fill out their roster and bring in some quality players. Good news for Orlando.

I can not blame Turk for going after the money at this ponit of his career, at the same time I can’t say that is was money well spent on the Raptor’s behalf. Get it while you still can Turk, who cares if u don’t you don’t make the playoff$. Otis made the best move considering the circumstances, I think this will be a step forward to obtaining an NBA championship. Otis knows what he is doing!!
