Rashard Lewis is very excited about playing in tonight’s game.
“I can’t wait to get out there,” Lewis said Friday after a morning workout. “This has been tougher than I thought it would be. It’s OK when we win, but when we lose, I’m always thinking I should have been out there to help.”

Coach Stan Van Gundy says his team wouldn’t be competitive right now in a playoff series against Boston, Cleveland or Miami. That might just be a motivational ploy, but the defense needs to improve. Rashard Lewis’ return should give the team a big boost.
