The 2009-2010 All Star reserves have been announced and Dwight Howard will be Orlando’s lone representative.
Last season, Orlando had three players named to the All-Star team when Power Forward Rashard Lewis and Point Guard Jameer Nelson were named to the squad. Nelson missed the game due to his shoulder injury while Lewis scored 8 points and had 6 rebounds in over 20 minutes of play. Neither player is producing like they did last season.
Shooting Guard Vince Carter was the second leading vote getter among guards during the early returns, but once Allen Iverson signed with the Philadelphia 76ers, he passed Carter.
