With the sudden “withdrawal” of Rajon Rondo from the Green Team due to his need to take care of “personal matters” (not judging, not judging, not judging, not judging, reallllllly?? do you think we are that blind?), the Team USA roster is finally set. Back in July, I took a stab at predicting the final roster and if it wasn’t for the big man injuries and the Rondo departure, I was pretty close. The full roster for the 2010 FIBA World Championships is as follows:
Guards:
Chauncey Billups, Stephen Curry, Eric Gordon, Derrick Rose and Russell Westbrook
Forwards:
Kevin Durant, Rudy Gay, Danny Granger, Andre Iguodala and Lamar Odom
Centers:
Tyson Chandler and Kevin Love
