Despite his recent struggles, Brandon Bass participated in shootaround Monday afternoon.
If Bass can play tonight, he will be in the Magic’s starting lineup, Van Gundy said.
Bass sounded optimistic that he will be able to face the Warriors.
“I don’t think it’s going to prevent me from playing,” Bass said. “Well, I hope not. I’m going to go out tonight and see how I feel and see if I can give it a try.”
If Bass cannot go, expect to see a lineup of Dwight Howard, Hedo Turkoglu, Jason Richardson, J.J. Redick and Jameer Nelson.
Dwight Howard had his technical foul from Orlando’s game against the New York Knicks Thursday night rescinded by the league, leaving him with 11.
